about the transfer of government servants in the government of karnatka
This site is under construction and the data is made available on an experimental
basis to all users. While all efforts have been made to make this database
as authentic as possible, the department of personnel and administrative
reforms or the national informatics centre will not be responsible for any
loss to any person caused by any shortcoming, defect or inaccuracy in the
information available on web site. Any discrepancy found may be brought
to the notice of the department of personnel and administrative reforms.
The available data relating to the transfer of government servants since
the year 1997-98 till 2002-2003 is, herein, made available.
The data relating to the years 1997-98 to 2001-2002 is tabulated in three forms namely, form no. 1, form no. 1a and form no. 2. The data in respect of the government servants holding group "b", "c" & "d" posts in the field departments is contained in form no. 1 and form no. 1a and similar data relating to the government servants holding group "a" posts is contained in form no. 2.
The data relating to the first half of the year 2001-2002 (between april and september 2001) and that of the second half (between october 2001 and march 2002) is tabulated separately in three forms namely form 3, 4 and 5 respectivey.
The data relating to 2002-2003 is also tabulated in the similar forms. The data in respect of the government servants holding group “b”, “c”, and “d” posts is contained in form no. 3 and that in respect of the government servantsholding group “a” posts is contained in form no. 4. The data in respect of ias officers for the year 2000-2001 and 2001-2002(first and second half year) is furnished separately in form 4(a). Further, number of transfers made during the said period in certain specific cadres in the police department, transport department, stamps and registration department, excise department etc., are also tabulated in form no. 5.
